Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’m having some body image issues right now but I know it’s due to the media and my weight gain I briefly talked about a few weeks ago. I would really like to be healthier and lose weight.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here’s my plan for the week. Please help me keep accountable on sticking with my plan!
Monday- 4 mile run + abs
Tuesday- 5 mile run + abs
Wednesday- HIIT Yoga
Thursday- 5 mile run + abs
Friday- 4 mile intervals
This is my sad attempt at making falafel. It tastes fine but it doesn’t look the greatest. Plus, I do not have a food processor. I mashed the beans with a fork. It was hard work. I had a really good arm workout.
Well, that is it for now. I really need to keep up with my workouts. My half marathon is not going to go well. It’s on Sunday! Crazy!
