Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My life has been crazy! Work, school, getting workouts in,and internship. The work keeps piling up.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts for the week.
As you can tell, I haven’t been keeping up with my workouts as much. I am happy that I ended up running 6 miles today, which is a big accomplished for me right now. Last year, I’d be running 6 miles, 5 days a week. I have to build it back up.
I am really happy about how this semester is going. However, I’m so busy. I am really happy to be able to put my knowledge of nutrition to use in my internship. That’s it for now.
