Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My workouts only went okay this week .
My 7 mile run did not go so well but I am happy that I finished the run. It’s all about the distance when it comes to running a half marathon. It’l be on April 3. My plan is to run 8 miles either tomorrow or Monday. Another thing that I have been doing is doing a plank every morning to try to strengthen my core.
As far as how the bet is going, I am winning, sort of. I didn’t gain any weight, which is a good thing. I lost a pound. That’s it. It’s just so hard to find time to workout. I’m so happy that next week is Spring Break! It’ll give me a little more time to workout, even though I have to start writing papers for my classes. I’ll be working the entire week, so I technically won’t have a break from work. But, it’ll be a week of break from school.
So, I guess that is it for now.
