Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Today has been such a lazy day. I did some yoga, went grocery shopping, ate pizza, and binged watch Fuller House.
Anyway, that was basically my Sunday. Here’s my plan for the week.
Sunday- Interval Yoga HIIT
Monday- 8 mile run + abs
Tuesday- strength training + 2 mile run
Thursday- 5 mile run + abs
Friday- 4 mile intervals
So, this week is Spring Break. I really don’t have anything planned. All I’ll be doing is working and getting some homework done ( a lot of papers!).
That is it for now. I hope to stick to my meal plan. I would like to lose a few pounds before summer starts.
