Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’ve been so busy with school and work that I haven’t been posting meaningful content on my blog in regards to my life, nutrition, and health. Don’t you worry. Once I graduate next month, I will be posting a lot more information about nutrition, health, and fitness.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
So, I ran my half marathon on Sunday and boy was it hard! My legs were so sore a few days after. I’ll talk more about my half marathon in my next post. I will say that my time was 2 hours 28 minutes and 50 seconds.
As for PIIT, it stands for Pilates Intense Interval Training. This workout was created by Cassey Ho, who is also the creator of Blogilates. PIIT incorporates HIIT and Pilates. I purchased the workout program to give it a try. Plus, I want to surprise my body by doing new types of workouts. All I can say is that even though the workouts are 28 minutes and 40 seconds long, they are intense! I didn’t expect the workouts to be that challenging. I will be doing it along with running and some more strength training.
That is it for now. I have two papers, two group projects, and a Needs Assessment I have to work on.
