Happy Friday everyone! I can’t believe that I am actually posting this on a Friday this week. I know, I should be posting it on Fridays but my workouts are always crazy. It just depends on how I feel. How I feel determines what type of workout I will do.
Anyway, the next month going to be crazy with school. I’ll have to see how I will be able to squeeze in my workouts (I will find a way). Working out helps with my stress, so I definitely need it.
Before typing out anything else, here were my workouts for the week.
As you can see, I have been mainly focusing on PIIT. As I mentioned before, the workouts are 28 minutes and 40 seconds long and boy are the workouts hard. It focuses on pilates (which helps with my strength) and has cardio intervals. It’s fun and it goes by really fast. I decided to do two PIIT workouts yesterday to get in an hour of exercise in. However, today was just a short workout day with some great food. Mi novio and I went to eat at Jack’s Urban Eat’s for dinner and it was delicious! I love trying out new places to eat.
My dad also cooked a delicious dinner last night and I took the leftovers to each for lunch at work today. It was a mixture of pan fried tofu, mushrooms, carrots, peas, peanuts and chicken that was stir fried together with soy sauce and oyster sauce. I don’t have a picture of it but it was delicious! I ate it with some rice.
