Weekly Meals and Workouts 100

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I didn’t workout yesterday, which was my fault for sleeping in. I did workout today though. I did two PIIT workouts so that I can try catching up on the workout plan.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Sunday-  2 PIIT Workouts

Monday-  4 mile run + strength OR 2 PIIT Workouts

Tuesday-   PIIT +  3-4 mile run

Wednesday-  rest or PIIT

Thursday- 5 mile run + strength

Friday- PIIT

Saturday- rest

So, that is it for now. I will be doing my best to actually get my workouts in and eating a little better than I am right now.
