Weekly Meals and Workouts 102

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It is the first day of May! I can’t believe how fast this semester has gone. Anyway, with summer coming up, I decided to challenge myself to run at LEAST 100 miles this month!

In order to do this, I plan on running 5 days a week. There will be yoga and strength training thrown in every once in a while. But, for running, it has to be 5 days a week. That would mean about 20 miles a week, 4 miles each time. I might challenge myself once in a while and run 5 or 6 miles. The plan is to get ready for my 10k next month, June 5.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Sunday- 2 PIIT Workouts

Monday-  4 mile run + strength

Tuesday-  4 mile run + PIIT

Wednesday- yoga or REST

Thursday- 4 mile run + PIIT

Friday- 4 mile run + strength

Saturday- 4 mile run + strength

I’ll see how this workout plan goes this week. I just need to get back into running more.
