Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I could be doing better. But, that’s alright. It’s been a week since my graduation and I’m still thinking about what to do now.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts for the week.
I know that I have a 10 K race coming up and I still have to train more for it. The problem is that I have to wake up early to run and it’s been a while since I have done that. I need to get back into the routine! And running after work is a no-no since it is hot and I don’t have access to an indoor track or treadmill with air conditioning.
My plan is to have many alarms set, across the room from my bed so that I actually have to get up to turn off my alarm. I hope that helps!
Anyway, that is it for now. I will have to find time to post about graduation.
