Happy Sunday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran in the Women’s Fitness Festival today. It was the 10k that I have been talking about the past month. It was so hot but I’m glad I finished running. I ran it in 1 hour 8 minutes and 31 seconds. Having a mimosa after was fun too.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, I am way behind on my Fitness Friday post.
I didn’t train as much for my 10k, as you have read in my last post .However, I feel like I did okay considering I did not train and that it was really hot outside.
Once again, I won’t fill this out for my meals. This is a template for you guys to use. Anyway, here is my plan for the week.
Breakfasts – WW English Muffin pizza? Coffee? Healthy Poptarts? (eating what I have at home)
Lunches- leftovers OR eggplant parmesan + WW pasta
Dinners- rice, some sort of protein, veggies
WORKOUTS
Sunday- 10k run (6.2 miles)
Monday- 6 mile run + abs
Tuesday- PIIT OR rest
Wednesday- 6 mile run + abs
Thursday-6 mile run + abs
Friday- PIIT
Saturday- rest
So, that is it for now! It has been really hot here the past week and it’s going to stay that way. You gotta love summer!
