Weekly Meals and Workouts 107

Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I haven’t been running much lately and have been doing other types of workouts at home. I do want to start running more again though. I might start alternating between running and doing other types of workouts.

Anyway, before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week.

Hevil’s Healthy Devil – Meal Plan Template

BLANK MEAL PLAN TEMPLATE

Breakfasts- Healthy Poptarts OR egg scramble w/ coffee

Lunches- salmon patty/ w pico de gallo, avocado, and brown rice w/ side of veggies OR WW Pasta w/ eggplant parmesan (I have been eating leftovers last week but I do plan on cooking my own food this wee)

Dinners- rice, veggies, some sort of protein

WORKOUTS

Sunday- 2 PIIT Workouts

Monday- rest

Tuesday-  Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Wednesday- 2 PIIT Workouts

Thursday-2 PIIT Workouts

Friday- rest

Saturday- 4 mile run + abs?
