It’s that time of the week again. It’s Fitness Friday! How are you guys doing today? I am doing alright, thank you very much. I know that I haven’t been posting as much as I should be here but you guys should check out my Instagram. I have been posting more on there recently. For example, I baked some whole wheat chocolate chip banana bread last night.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts for the week.
As you can tell, I did not run this week. It has been oddly cold in the morning. I will be running more starting next week. Instead, I have been doing PIIT workouts. PIIT stands for Pilates Intense Interval Training. I love the workouts!
So, this week was also my birthday week and my boyfriend got me these shirts. I can’t wait to wear the pink one to workout in! It will be motivation for me to run more again. My goal is to run a 10k under an hour AND to run a half marathon under 2 hours.
So that is it for now. I will have a post about carbohydrates later on.

Yep. They’re great workouts. I have to buy the PIIT28 2.0 soon. The first one is getting a little easier now. 🙂
