Weekly Meals and Workouts 108

Happy Sunday everyone. It’s Father’s Day. Happy Father’s Day! My family celebrated by going out to eat.

So, the weather has been so strange. It was on the cool side last week. Now, it’s going to be extremely hot this week. Climate change, I think.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Hevil’s Healthy Devil – Meal Plan Template



Breakfasts- breakfast burrito w/ eggs, chicken apple sausage, spinach, cheese

Lunches- eggplant parmesan  w/ WW Pasta OR leftovers

Dinner- rice, veggies, some sort of protein

Snacks- fruit or granola bars?


Sunday- rest

Monday- 1 PIIT Workout + 3 mile run

Tuesday-  1 PIIT Workout + 4 mile run

Wednesday- 2 PIIT Workouts

Thursday- rest

Friday- 1 PIIT  Workout + 4 mile run

Saturday- 5 mile run

I plan on gradually upping my mileage for running since I haven’t ran in over a week. Hopefully, doing the PIIT workouts, it won’t be too hard to get back into it.

I will see how my workouts go this week. In the meantime, I do want to be more toned and lose some fat. Hopefully, this will help.
