Fitness 119 and Weekly Meals and Workouts 109

Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been hot lately! 100 degree weather is not fun.

Anyway, I went shopping this weekend. One place was the outlets and I also went to the mall. I found some nice stuff but I didn’t get everything that I planned on buying. I also watched the Central Intelligence movie. My boyfriend wanted to watch it, so, we did. I didn’t enjoy the movie too much. Parts of it were pretty funny but other than that, it was really slow and I didn’t like the story line too much.

So, here were my workouts last week (only three days last week) and my plan for the week. I really need to tone up and lose some weight (my goal is to lose between 5-10 lbs)! I have to get back into working out more.

Breakfasts- Breakfast burrito w/ chicken apple sausage,spinach, cheese AND coffee

Lunches- leftovers OR WW Pasta

Dinners- rice, protein, veggies

Snacks-apples, cashews, chips?


Sunday- 2 PIIT Workouts

Monday- rest

Tuesday-  4 mile run

Wednesday- 2 PIIT Workouts

Thursday-2 PIIT Workouts or 4 mile run

Friday- rest

Saturday- 4 mile run + abs?

Sorry that I haven’t been posting as much lately. I’ve been pretty busy. I will have the carbohydrate post up some time this week.
