Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. This week has been quite a week, trying to get back into the swing of things after vacation and some other personal stuff going on.
Anyway, before anything else, here were my workouts for the week. I didn’t really workout much this week but I know I should be working out more.
My plan is to start running more again (at least 3 x a week) but I will see how I feel. What will most likely happen is that I will post the rest of the month’s planned workouts so that I can actually have a real workout plan. I will probably post it sometime tomorrow.
Also, I will be posting the weekly meals plan again as well. Things just have been going with the flow lately, especially since coming back from vacation and my grandparents that visited and stayed with us for a month last month.
