Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been a stressful week (personal life) and I just have to get through the weekend and take it a day at a time.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week. My half marathon training has been a epic fail.
As you guys can see, I only ran twice this week. That’s not so great for half marathon training. I am still deciding whether to run it but I might as well start training and see how it goes before signing up and paying for it.
Nutrition wise, as for the ratio of my macronutrients, I should be consuming more carbohydrates. It is harder than it sounds! I would say around 60% of my calories should come from carbohydrates. Each person is different and it would be best to work with a Sports Dietitian to find the right amount for you.
