Weekly Meals and Workouts 113

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ran 6 slow miles this morning. It’s a start to my half marathon training.

Anyway, before I get into anything else, here’s my plan for the week.

Hevil’s Healthy Devil – Meal Plan Template

BLANK MEAL PLAN TEMPLATE

Breakfasts whatever is in the house. egg scramble, WW English Muffin Pizza toast, cereal, etc.

Lunches–  some sort of whole wheat spaghetti dish  OR leftovers

Dinners- rice, vegetables, protein

Workouts

Sunday- 6 mile run

Monday- BUTI Yoga? Strength?

Tuesday-  4 mile run + abs

Wednesday- rest

Thursday- 5 mile run

Friday- 4 mile run OR Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Saturday- rest or Yoga

Well, that’s it for now.
