It’s Sunday again, the beginning of a new week. That means it’s time to plan and prepare for the week again.
Before I get into this week, here were my workouts for last week. I didn’t workout that much. I guess I won’t be doing the half marathon. If anything, I’ll train for 5ks an 10ks. I will do my usually Running of the Elk Half Marathon in March/April.
Meals
Breakfasts– WW English Muffin Pizza toast
Lunches– Kung Pao Chicken with btown rice or chickpea curry with brown rice
Dinners- rice, vegetables, protein
Workouts
I have a plan so that I will actually get up to workout in the morning. That is the main reason why I miss my workouts, because of not getting up in time. I have two alarms and my boyfriend is going to try to wake me up every morning to workout.
Sunday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Monday- 4 mile run + abs
Tuesday- 4 mile run + abs
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- Jillian Michael’s Killer Body DVD
Friday- 4 mile run + abs
Saturday- rest or Yoga
That’s it for now. Let’s hope I stick to my plan!
