I can’t believe it’s been over two months since I have posted. I hope you guys enjoyed my post about bone health, at least.
Anyway, my bone is pretty much healed now but I still have to get used to walking. I can’t really do any cardio right now except for walking. I so wish I can start running again soon but it’ll take a while. Who knows. Maybe I will go another route when it comes to working out.
So, I decided to do 20 minute Pilates video on Saturday last week and I was so sore the next day. I can’t believe how out of shape I am. I also did the same Pilates video again the next day and regretted it. That’s why I decided to do a little walking on Monday. I walked for 45 minutes today at 3 mph. It’s slow, I know. but I have to ease back into things. I didn’t really workout the rest of this week but I just wanted to test out where my fitness level was. I found out that it’s not that good.
So, that is pretty much it for now. I will start posting my Weekly Meals and Workouts starting tomorrow. I need to lose some holiday weight and get back into shape!
