Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I did an hour long Pilates workout yesterday and boy, am I sore today! That’s why I just walked today. I’ll be doing the Pilates video again tomorrow.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week.
Tuesday- walk + arms
Friday- Chair Cardio Workout? or Walking
This is my plan and I will do my best to stick to it! I know that I’m not the only one that has some weight to lose. I gained five pounds due to not working out. I would like to lose AT LEAST those five pounds. More would be nice. The first steps is to easing back into exercising and eating healthier again! It doesn’t help that it’s the holiday season but I will do my best to not eat all the holiday sweets.
