Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’ve been trying my best to workout and eat right since the New Year and I think I have been okay so far.
Here were my workouts last week:
I know that I have been only doing PIIT (pilates intense interval training) but I will be adding in weight/strength training as well.
As for my plan for this week, here it is:
Meals
Breakfasts- egg+turkey sausage sammich w/ coffee or whatever I can find around the house
Lunches- whole wheat spaghetti OR leftovers
Dinners- rice, protein, vegetables
Snacks- apples, nuts, whatever I can find
Workouts
Sunday- 2 PIIT Workouts
Monday- 2 PIIT Workouts
Tuesday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 2 PIIT Workouts
Saturday- rest
Well, that is it for now. I got a new laptop and I am loving how fast it is!
