Happy Saturday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. This week’s weather has been really crazy. Lots of rain in the beginning of the week and now, it’s nice and sunny outside. It’s still cold but at least it’s not raining. We do need the rain though.
Anyway, I think I did alright with my meals and workouts this week. I actually worked out 5 days this week, about one hour each workout. I am so proud of myself for doing it. There were days that I didn’t want to work out but I pushed myself to do it. I mainly did PIIT this past week but different PIIT videos. There are videos that focus on certain body parts (arms, legs, butt, abs, etc).
As you can see, I didn’t do all PIIT ( I fit in a workout DVD from Jillian Michael). I still need to work on mixing up my workouts more. I know that my body will eventually get used to doing these workouts and it won’t be as effective anymore. However, I still have the next level of PIIT to try out. There is PIIT 1.0 and PIIT 2.0. I’ve only been doing the PIIT 1.0 so far.
You guys will see my plan tomorrow on what I will be doing to change my workouts. It won’t be a drastic change but I feel like it’s needed.
