Happy Sunday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been a nice and relaxing day. I worked out, showered, ate and just chilled for most of the day.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week.
Sunday- 2 PIIT Workouts
Monday- Jillian Michael’s Killer Body DVD – Upper Body + 1 PIIT Cardio Workout
Tuesday- Jillian Michael’s Killer Body DVD – Lower Body + 1 PIIT Ab Workout
Thursday- Weight Training Dumbbell Circuit
Friday- Jillian Michael’s Killer Body DVD – Upper Body + 1 PIIT Cardio Workout
As you can see, I will be mixing cardio and strength training. Hope it helps with me being healthier and being more fit and toned.
