Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been a rainy weekend. I’m so happy that it’s not suppose to rain here after Monday. I’m looking forward to some dry weather.
Anyway, enough about the weather. Here were my workouts last week.
As you can see, I incorporated some strength training into my routine this week. And I will be lifting more starting this week. I finally bought myself a gym membership! It has been so long since I have worked out at the gym (since I graduated).I think it is worth the investment to get the membership. I’ll be able to use the equipment at the gym (including all the weight machines, cardio machines, pool and whatnot).
I will definitely be adding in more strength training into my routine and mixing it up with some cardio. I’ll post my workout plan some time tomorrow. Let’s hope for some results!
