Happy Friday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It is night time as I am typing up this post but I am so full from dinner! Tomorrow is the Lunar New Year (I call it Chinese New Year since I am an ABC) and my parents cooked a delicious meal! I usually share some previous posts, including recipes, as the new year approaches but I have been so busy that I didn’t.
Anyway, let’s get back to what this post is really about. It’s about my workouts. Here was what I did this week.

I actually started some strength training and it’s been different. I will keep doing this for a few months to see how it goes. It has been such a long time since I’ve been in a gym (especially the weight section!) and it’s different. I kind of enjoy it though. One of my friends who lifts has been showing me how to do some weight lifting.
Anyway, I really hope to see good results from trying out this new workout routine.
