2017- Weekly Meals and Workouts 2

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. The weather has been great this past week and I am so sad that rain might come in during the middle of this week.

Anyway, before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week! I already lost 5 pounds since the end of December. I’m so happy about that.

Workouts

Sunday- cardio day – PIIT + 10 min abs

Monday- chest, tricep, shoulders, quads (push) +  15 min stairmaster or ellitpical

Tuesday-  cardio day – elliptical + stairmaster + 10 min abs

Wednesday- back, biceps, traps, hamstrings (pull) + 15 min stairmaster or ellpitcal

Thursday- rest or 10 min abs

Friday- chest, tricep, shoulders, quads (push) +  15 min stairmaster or ellitpical

Saturday- cardio day – elliptical + stairmaster + 10 min abs

Hopefully I can get into this type of workout routine. I want to tone up! I am trying to add in cardio to help burn off some fat. I do know that building muscle does increase your metabolism, which in return, does help burn calories the calories that are stored as fat. However, adding in the cardio will help speed of the process.
