Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It has been a crazy week and I am so glad it’s the weekend.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
I should be doing a little more cardio, which I will be. I plan on running a 5k next month. I will have a plan posted up pretty soon. I haven’t ran since I broke my foot in September last year. Hopefully, this run will go well!
In other news, tomorrow is the Super Bowl! Try to be smart about your snacks but it’s okay to indulge a little. Enjoy it!
