Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. This week is going to be a rainy week. I don’t like the rain but I know we need it.
Anyway, let’s forget about the rain right now and look at my plan for the week.
Hevil’s Healthy Devil – Meal Plan Template
As you can see, my meal plan is pretty simple. I have mentioned before that dinner is whatever my parents cook. If I don’t feel like eating what they cook, I do cook things for myself. I also didn’t add protein shake to my list of snacks since I see it more as a supplement more than anything. I don’t drink protein shakes all the time, only when I know it will be a while before I eat a meal after my workout.
Workouts
Sunday- 2 x 5 min running w/ 5 min walk before and after & pull day + squats & stairmaster
Monday- push day (chest, shoulders, triceps) + 30 min elliptical
Tuesday- 3 x 5 min running w/ 5 min walk before and after & legs
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- 10 min running w/ 5 min walk before and after + pull day
Friday- push day (chest, shoulders, triceps) + 30 min elliptical
Saturday- one mile run w/ 5 min walking before and after + stairmaster
So, that is my plan for the week! Let’s hope it goes well.
