Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My 5k training has been harder than I expected! The thing is that, I will have to change my plan because I plan on running a 10k a couple weeks after my 5k. So, I will post my updated plan later.
Anyway, here were my workouts last week.
I tried running outside yesterday for the first time since I broke my foot and boy,was it hard! It’s so much easier running on the treadmill. I will have to incorporate outside runs more often when weather permits. The only thing that I do not like about running on a treadmill in the gym is that it gets hot really easily.
