2017- Weekly Meals and Workouts 4

Happy Monday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It has been a long day today but I know that I should get this post up before the end of the week. This week is different because I have a couple of extra days off work, so, I don’t have to prep much for my meals ahead of time.

Workouts

Sunday- 4 x 5 min running w/ 5 min walk before and after &  pull day

Monday- push day (chest, shoulders, triceps) + 30 min elliptical

Tuesday-  4 x 5 min running w/ 5 min walk before and after & legs + 30 min elliptical

Wednesday- rest

Thursday- 20 min running w/ 5 min walk before and after +  pull day

Friday-  push day (chest, shoulders, triceps) + 30 min elliptical

Saturday- 2 mile run w/ 5 min walking before and after + stairmaster

We will see how this week goes with my running. I really want to be able to run the 10k in April! And, I also have another 10k run in June! I may be pushing it a little but I really want to get back into running.
