It’s Saturday everyone! Happy Saturday! How are you guys doing today? This week has been great, meaning, it was nice and sunny all week. I was so happy to get a break from the rain. However, it is suppose to rain today and tomorrow.
I was able to run outside one day after work this week. First of all, it was still bright enough outside. Second of all, it wasn’t raining. I decided to take advantage of it and I am so happy that I did. Surprising, I ran my 5k outside with a 9:42 pace AND I didn’t stop to walk during my run! I surprised myself. Strength training really does help with your running.
Here were my workouts this past week.
I feel pretty satisfied with my workouts. I’m ready for my 5k next weekend. My 10k run will be in the beginning of April. Hopefully, I will be ready for the 10k.
