Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Last week was crazy and I am tired. I ran my 5k this past weekend. The weekend before that, I went to the King’s basketball game. Fun week but tiring!
Anyway, here is my plan for the week.
I know my lunches for Wednesday and Thursday don’t make sense. To be quite honest, I probably will end up eating out and getting Indian Curry (which gives me two meals). However, there is a chance that I will bring leftovers. It depends on how I feel.
I feel like my running has rubbed off on my younger brother (and so does peer pressure). He joined track and field & cross country in middle school and now, high school. I guess seeing his big sister run made him decide to try running.
Sunday- pull + 30 min elliptical
Monday- 4 mile run + squats
Tuesday- stairmaster + ellipical (20 min each) + push
Thursday- 4 mile run + pull
Friday- push + 30 min elliptical
Saturday- 4 mile run + 20 min elliptical
I kind of wish I took a before photo before I started going to the gym and lifting weights. Since I see myself everyday, I can’t really tell if I toned up or anything. Mi novio randomly mentioned to me today that I look more toned and slimmed down a little. Maybe he’s just being nice but having the before photo would have helped with comparing before and after. It’s been almost two months since I started lifting.
