Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I hope that your Saturday is going pretty well. I started off my day with a workout and it was pretty nice. It really does set the mood for the rest of the day. I finally was able to do squats and boy, am I getting stronger!
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
Starting tomorrow, I plan on running 5 miles. My 10 k (6.2 miles) is coming up at the end of the month and I need to prepare for it.
So, me being so forgetful, forgot to mention that it is National Nutrition Month this month. Happy National Nutrition Month. Also, Ag Day is coming up. I haven’t posted about Ag Day the past few years since it’s been a while since I went to the celebrations at the California State Capitol. California Ag Day is on March 22 this year. We wouldn’t have any food if it weren’t for agriculture and California is full of agriculture!
So, that is it for this post. My next non Fitness Friday and Weekly Meals and Workouts post will be about things that I have seen and noticed in the health blogging world and what everyday people think about fitness and nutrition. I think that it will be a very insightful post. Feel free to comment on it once I post it.
