Happy Friday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I was so used to the 70 degree sunny weather we had last week. Now, it’s raining! I can’t wait for more spring like weather to come.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts for this week.
I try to mix up my workouts a little bit and not do the same thing everyday. I think that it is good to shock the body and do different workouts everyday. You work different muscle groups doing this. Plus, sometimes doing the same thing over and over again can get a bit boring and repetitive. It’s nice to switch things up at least every once in a while.
In other news, I should really be taking progress pictures. I gained some weight when I broke my foot because I was unable to workout. Also, I ate whatever I wanted. Since I started working out and going to the gym, I still don’t notice the difference in how I look (because I see myself everyday). The pounds have dropped, however. People have said that they notice that I look more toned and lost some weight. It would have been great if I had taken pictures so that I can see it myself.
