2017 – Weekly Meals and Workouts 7

Happy Sunday everyone! It’s 9 at night as I am typing this but hey, at least I have my plan down for the week. It has been a busy weekend, with family, working out, and just getting things done over the weekend. I’m pretty happy with the weather this weekend, as it didn’t rain as much as I thought it would.

Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday- pull + 30 min elliptical

Monday- PIIT or 5 mile run (depends on how I feel)

Tuesday-  stairmaster + push + squats

Wednesday- rest

Thursday- 5 mile run + pull + squats

Friday-  push + 30 min elliptical

Saturday- PIIT or some other type of body weight workout
