2017 – Fitness Friday 24 (on a Saturday)

Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been quite a busy week for as usual and I haven’t been able to post nutrition stuff as I would have like. I can’t believe it’s already July 1! The year flew by!

Anyway, before I get into everything else, here were my workouts the past week.

Fitness Friday 6-30-17

So, I really need to get back into running. I have signed up for a half marathon that is in October and I haven’t ran in nearly a month! I will post my training plan tomorrow. Along with that, I will post nutrition tips while training for a half marathon.

Well, that’s it for now.  It’s 10 pm on Saturday as I typed this quick post.
