It’s Sunday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. So much has changed and happened this past week. I’ve been so busy. I will update you guys later on that. Sorry I haven’t been posting recently. But for now, here were my workouts last week and my updated half marathon training plan.
