It’s Sunday everyone! Happy Sunday. The past week has been crazy and I know I keep saying I will be posting more. I just haven’t felt the need to post anything. Plus, I’ve been busy. I wish I had the motivation to post more but we’ll see what happens. I really do want my blog to be a healthy living (balanced) blog. We’ll see how things go.
Anyway, here were my workouts last week.
When I say everything, I mean upper body. There’s something called “push” and “pull”, which means that it works different types of muscles. For example, triceps and biceps. They would be worked on two separate days if I separated them. Instead, I do it together. I do legs once a week since I feel like the elliptical does give a leg workout.
Well, that’s it for now. I haven’t really had the chance to finish typing up my Urban Cow Half Marathon Post but it will be up soon!
