It’s Saturday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Sorry that I haven’t posted in a while. My sister visited during her spring break and I got sick this past week. Anyway, before I get into all of that, here were my workouts (which, btw, I did not workout this week).

So, I really miss working out. I think I’ll start working out again on Monday. I want my body to recover before I start working out again.
In other news, my sister came to visit during her spring break and was busy with family stuff. I was surprised that my mom wanted to go on a hike one day. We went on a very short one, that was a total of 2 miles. It was still a good hike and it started to rain on us at the very end.
My sister and I also went to a lot of food places to eat. We ate korean fried chicken, pizza, brunch with unlimited mimosas, and other delicious foods. We ate well. She only stayed for a little less than a week.
Anyway, that’s it for now. I actually will have more time to post from now on, so watch out for more nutrition, life, and fitness posts (whatever I feel like posting about)!
