It’s Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I just miss working out. I plan on working out again starting tomorrow. I can’t believe it’s already been a week since I last worked out!
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week.
So, I should be running more. I have a 10k race at the end of this month. I do plan on having Sundays as my “long run” days. This upcoming Sunday, I do plan on running a full 5k. The Sunday after that, 4 miles. I want to somewhat build up the mileage. I don’t want to injure myself.
