It’s Sunday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. So much as happened the past few weeks and I’ve been so busy. I have been able to workout though. I have a 10 k coming up and I haven’t really trained for it. I don’t expect a PR for this run but I do have to have it under one hour and 8 minutes.
Anyway, here were my workouts the past two weeks.
I also ran 4 miles today, which was tough. As you can tell from my workouts, I haven’t been running much lately and I do want to start running more again. I want to run 2-3 times a week, especially since the weather has been really nice lately. It’s a nice change from our crazy we had earlier, with the rain one day and sunny the next day.
