It’s Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been a crazy week and I just needed to relax today.
Anyway. before I get into anything else, here were my workouts this past week. I didn’t run this week, unfortunately, but I will try to run more. I am still surprised I got a PR on my 10k, especially since I haven’t been running much. I will try running more soon. The weather is starting to get nice now and I’d like to run outside more. I hate the treadmill.
I really do need to switch up my workouts once in a while and incorporate stretching and yoga into my routine. I also have been wanting to do more blog posts but I just haven’t been feeling it. There are times that there’s a topic I really want to write about and I do. But, that’s like once in a blue moon. I wish it happened more often. I’ll try to blog more but it’s been hard finding the motivation. Any thoughts on how to get motivated again?
In other news, tomorrow is Mother’s Day! Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers and soon-to-be mothers out there.
