Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’ts been a crazy couple of weeks. I’m sorry I haven’t been posting. But, if you follow me on Instagram, you can tell I’ve been busy.
So, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts the past couple of weeks.

I really do need to get back into running. My 10k for the Women’s Fitness Festival was terrible! But, I also blame the 100 degree weather.
I also have to start training for the Urban Cow Half Marathon in October. That means, I have to start running again instead of going on the elliptical. Let’s see how that goes.
So, I have at least two other posts I need to write about it. I went to Seattle with mi novio during Memorial Day weekend, which was so much fun! It was a nice mini vacation. I also need to write about how the Women’s Fitness Festival went.
