Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I watched the Incredibles 2 today. And then yesterday, I went to Thunder Valley Casino to see Gabriel Iglesias. The theater was outside and it was hot and flies and bugs were flying everywhere. However, it was a great show and I never laughed so much. He’s hilarious!
Anyway, enough about that. Here were my workouts the past couple of weeks. I am sorry that I have not been posting lately. It just feels like life gets in the way that I never have time to post anymore.

I just started adding running to my routine again because I am going to start train for a half marathon. We’ll see how that goes.
