Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My 4th of July was spent eating a lot of good food!
Anyway, here were my workouts the past week.
So, I am starting half marathon training tomorrow. I’ll be starting off with a 5k run tomorrow running. We’ll see how that goes! I’ll be posting my training plan soon!
