Happy Saturday everyone! How are you guys doing today? Are you guys ready for the SuperBowl tomorrow? I know I am. I am doing a Super Bowl 5k run tomorrow running then watching the game in the afternoon. The run will be fun! I did the run two years ago and it was a nice run. I am so happy because the weather will be PERFECT tomorrow for the run.
Anyway, enough about that. Here were my workouts the past month.
1-12-18 (I was sick this week and did not workout)
I was so behind on posting my workouts! I am sorry for all of that. Being sick and just being busy during the holidays delayed all of this.
I’ll be back posting more regularly. After all, it is one of my goals this year! I’ll be posting what I did during the holidays and some highlights of 2017 in my next post. It’ll be a really long post since it combines two things but I just want to have it done since it’s already one month into 2018!

How have your workouts been?

Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’m back from my trip from SoCal (Irvine) from last week and I have to get back into the swing of things.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts the past two weeks.

So, I did a lot of things in SoCal. I will post about it later. You can see some pictures on my Instagram if you haven’t followed me on it yet.
How were your workouts?
Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been a busy semester.
I don’t have much for you guys today. I’ll have another post up later tonight about my schedule. In the meantime, here were my workouts for the week.
I know, I know. My “workouts” are getting more and more pathetic. It’s just running. I’m happy to even get a run in. The only time I have to workout is early in the morning, if I wake up early enough. I normally do. After that, it’s work and school. I fit it in somehow. I used to workout a lot more but now, it’s not as much.
Another thing is that my half marathon is NEXT weekend. I am SO excited. I know that I probably won’t set a PR but at least I’ll be running the half. My uncle will be running it with me. It’s always great to have family that actually runs with you. Well, I’ll probably be ahead of him but it’s nice that he’s running the race as well. We’ll be keeping each other on track with our goal: beat 2 hours.
So, that’s another reason why my running has gone down a little bit. I’ll probably run 10 miles on Sunday and then my runs will be nice and easy for the rest of the week. No exercise at all next Saturday. My last run on Friday will be a nice 3 mile run.
I guess that is it for now. After I finish up with my half marathon, I’ll probably still run but I won’t have those long runs anymore. I’ll run 5 to 6 days a week. It’ll be 5 to 6 miles each time I do run. I’ll probably add more yoga or something into my routine. I haven’t decided yet but I’ll let you guys know when I do.
